Her qualifications include Certificates in Public Administration and Personnel Management, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management. Additionally, she has participated in a number of human resource related workshops and symposiums. Pursuing the BSc. in Professional Management is next on her educational agenda.

Sylvia has held the position of Human Resource & Administration Manager since the inception of Health Corporation Limited in 1994 - a position she thoroughly enjoys.

Before joining Health Corporation, she worked in a similar capacity at Justbrands Associates of Jamaica Ltd., Hi-Quality Garments Ltd. and Estate Development Company Limited.

Sylvia is hardworking, dedicated, committed and a great team player. She plays the role of mother, friend and counselor to members of staff, and is seen as one of the most loyal and people-oriented senior managers at Health Corporation. In recognition of her hard work she was awarded Certificates of Excellence for two consecutive years.

An active member in her church, she also contributes to social welfare activities, whenever possible.

Sylvia, a Piscean by birth, is married to Glaister and is the mother of four (4) gorgeous children, Angela, Waynewright, Dwight, and Andre.
